消费社会语境下艺术乡建的美学反思

摘要:

中国的艺术乡建生成于消费社会的文化语境,其实践形态呈现出艺术形式和商业资本共谋的趋势。作为一种文化商品,艺术乡建在符号化的世界中消解了社会价值与内涵,而其符号表征所蕴含的意识形态因素又进一步强化了城乡之间不平衡的权力话语关系。这些特征与艺术乡建的美学理想相冲突,也揭示了当下艺术乡建发展的深层困境。面对这一矛盾,乡建工作者展开了一系列有益探索,试图突破“美”的狭义艺术范畴,使其以文化的方式融入现实生活,在乡村日常生产生活中发挥艺术的精神涵养功能,在乡土基因的继承中激发村民的文化自觉,从而推动乡村文化振兴。

Abstract:

Rural Construction Through Art in China emerged within the cultural context of a consumer society, and its practical form presents a trend of collaboration between art forms and commercial capital. As a cultural commodity, Rural Construction Through Art in a symbolized world has dissolved social values and connotations, while the ideological factors contained in their symbolic representations further strengthen the unbalanced power discourse relationship between urban and rural areas. These characteristics conflict with the aesthetic ideals of Rural Construction Through Art and also reveal the deep-seated dilemmas in developing such initiatives in the current era. Faced with this contradiction, rural construction workers have launched a series of beneficial explorations, attempting to break through the narrow artistic category of “beauty” and integrate it into real life in a cultural way, exerting the spiritual cultivation function of art in rural daily production and life, and stimulating the cultural consciousness of villagers through the inheritance of local genes, thus promoting the revitalization of rural culture.
