拓展训练可以使大学生通过各种体能活动挑战自己的能力极限 ,获得人生难得的高峰体验 ,有效地提高顽强的意志力 ,敢于创新的精神和良好的人际关系、团队意识及组织协调能力 ,实现心灵和精神上新的超越 ,构建理想的心理素质。

Abstract:

Expanding training is a bridge through which college and university students can discover their own physical maximum, and exploit the ability hiding in their body which they themselves probably never know. Expanding training can let out the actor's limited knowledge and skills, improve the actor's will, creative power and good human relationship, group conciousness, as well as organizing capacity and give them a chance to surpass in their spirit and mentally, and through the above, construct the idea psychological quality.
