中国法制史是法学专业的基础核心课程，生动再现了中华民族悠久灿烂的法律文明史。在当下大力推动传统法律文化与现代法治相融合的新时代大背景下，中国法制史课程的重要性愈发凸显。在开展中国法制史的教学过程中，教师应该首先使学生认识到学习中国法制史的重要意义，从国家治理、法治建设、文化传承、学生成长等方面，有理有据地使学生认识到学习中国法制史的重要性，从而为中国法制史的学习打下良好的思想基础。

The History of Chinese legal system is a fundamental and core course for the law major, vividly reproducing the long and splendid legal civilization history of the Chinese nation. Under the new era background of vigorously promoting the integration of traditional legal culture and modern rule of law at present, the importance of the course on the history of Chinese legal system has become increasingly prominent. In the process of teaching the history of Chinese legal system, teachers should first make students realize the significant meaning of learning the history of Chinese legal system. They should make students understand the importance of learning the history of Chinese legal system in a reasonable and well-grounded manner from aspects such as national governance, the construction of the rule of law, cultural inheritance, and student growth, thereby laying a good ideological foundation for the study of the history of Chinese legal system.
