社会工作中的问题视角和优势视角是两种不同的思维模式。问题视角将关注点聚焦在案主所面临的问题和困难上,优势视角将关注点聚焦在案主自身的能力和优势上。二者有着不同的假设理论基础,对社会工作本质的理解不同,由此社会工作者在工作过程中扮演的角色也不同。

The perspective of problems and perspective of advantages are two different ways of thinking in the social work. The perspective of problems focuses on problems and difficulties faced by social workers, while the perspective of advantages mainly pays attention to the social worker's capability and his own advantages. The social workers play different role in the work, for the hypothesis, the theory foundation and the understanding of social work are different in these two perspectives.
